Sarah Heald – BCA/LLB (Hons), DipBusStuds(Dispute Resolution) Partner.

Sarah was raised in Dannevirke and returned to the area to practice law following completion of her Bachelor of Laws with Honours and Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (Accounting) from Victoria University. Sarah resides at Takapau and lives on a dairy farm with her husband Peter and children. Sarah has an interest in farming, dispute resolution and employment law. She has recently completed a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Dispute Resolution) through Massey University and is a provisional member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an Affiliate member of the Arbitrators and Mediators institute of New Zealand. Stuart Smith – LLB Partner.

Stuart was raised and completed his schooling in Dannevirke and brings a wealth of local knowledge to his legal practice. Stuart is a keen golfer and is involved in a number of local organisations.
